These terms govern your use of the Inhouse Ventures platform operated by Scalare Partners Pty Ltd (ABN 61 660 084 435) (“IHV”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
The platform is located at app.inhouseventures.com.au.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@inhouseventures.com.au of any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Each person may hold only one account — shared accounts are not permitted.
IHV provides a curated marketplace connecting founders with investors and service providers. We facilitate introductions but do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations.
We do not guarantee any outcomes from introductions, matches, or the use of our platform. All investment decisions are made independently between the parties involved.
Certain features require payment, including Featured Founder, Featured Leader, and FounderLibrary listings. Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed via our payment provider, Pinch Payments. Fees are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to affected users.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant IHV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.
You must not upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. IHV branding, design, and platform code are owned by Scalare Partners Pty Ltd. You must not scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
Investors must be verified by the IHV team before accessing deal flow. Investor information is kept confidential and is not shared with founders without the investor’s consent.
Meeting and introduction requests are facilitated by IHV. We do not guarantee founder availability or response. Investment decisions are solely between investors and founders — IHV is not a party to any deal.
Founders are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Raise details including amounts, terms, and valuations must be truthful and kept current.
IHV does not independently verify the accuracy of business claims made by founders. Published profiles are visible to registered investors and on the public marketplace.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IHV is not a financial services provider and does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
We do not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or success of any match, introduction, or use of the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term implied or imposed by legislation (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
On termination, your profile will be unpublished from the marketplace. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation first, then mediation, and if unresolved, through the courts of New South Wales.
Nothing in these terms limits your right to make a complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
